What if my GPU is out of stock?
We regularly post newly arrived stock on Facebook. Follow our Page or ask us about another option.
Can I reserve or trade in a GPU?
We accept reservations for up to three days with a non-refundable reservation fee. You may trade in an old GPU toward another purchase, subject to evaluation. Confirm the amount and terms with us.
What does LBC shipping require?
Our order guide lists a minimum ₱1,000 non-refundable down payment. The remaining balance is payable when you claim the item. We test the unit by video call before shipment. Confirm the final arrangement and total with us before paying.
When will my LBC order arrive?
We aim to ship the same day; otherwise, on the next day. Our guide estimates Luzon: 1–2 business days; Visayas: 3–5; Mindanao: 4–6. Courier conditions may change these times.
What should I do when it arrives?
Inspect and test your unit upon receipt. Contact us for troubleshooting if an issue occurs during the 14-day warranty. If the unit is confirmed defective, we’ll guide you through the return. Read our warranty policy.
Can you help after the warranty period?
You may still contact us for troubleshooting. If we cannot resolve the issue remotely, we can refer you to a trusted technician.
